I have an MA in Library and Information Sciences with a concentration in Data/Information Management and Analytics from the iSchool at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Along with using MAXQDA for coursework related to qualitative methods, in the final year of my program, I was employed as a Student Evaluator at the University of Wisconsin Extension, using MAXQDA to analyze internal programming data to assess program effectiveness and areas of need. Prior to receiving my MA, I worked for 12 years at the Social Science Computing Cooperative at UW Madison and regularly taught training courses and provided one-on-one or small group consulting on a variety of qualitative and quantitative software to faculty and students at all levels. I pride myself on providing approachable instruction and particularly enjoy working with people who do not consider themselves tech-savvy.
